Just a note to let you know I am engaging with the DCS to get access to the leaflet on this new process. I will add it when I have it.

6th November 2008 - Response from DCS.

"This issue has now been investigated and I would like to respond on behalf of my Tribunal Service colleagues.

The leaflets were removed in error when the site was being updated to take account of the changes introduced by the Tribunals Courts and Enforcement (TCE) Act which came into effect, as you have noted, on the 3rd November.

They were reinstated yesterday but are at the moment the old leaflets as they are currently being revised to take account of the changes arising from the TCE Act. It is hoped the revised versions will be available within the next week or two. However in the meantime the existing leaflets are still current and can still be used.

The Tribunal Service would like to apologise for this and for any inconvenience the delay to the revision and publication of the revised leaflets may cause you or your clients."
